Jeff & Sheri Easter - Praise His Name

From my biological mother, I got to know that God is all in my life. I will made up my mind to praise the name of the Lord in the morning, afternoon and night.

Jesus Christ will praise in seasons and out of seasons. Also I will proclaim the name of the LORD both in weakness and in good health. In all, God deserves all my praise despite the challenges.

“Praise His Name” is a wonderful gospel song released in the year 2000 from the album “Irish Homecoming (Live)” by Jeff & Sheri Easter.

Jeff & Sheri Easter are a Southern gospel group led by the husband and wife duo of the same name. They are talented songwriters and worshippers poised to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This song is all about trusting God even when life is really hard. It reminds me & you that no matter what you’re going through (pain, fear, sadness, confusion) you’re not alone, and God is still with you.

The title says it all: Praise His Name. That means to keep giving God thanks, even when things don’t make sense.

In the first part of the song, it talks about those moments when you feel broken inside, when your heart is heavy and you’re full of worry.

You know how life can hit you with things you didn’t expect? Maybe you lose someone, face sickness or just feel overwhelmed.

The song is saying, during those tough times, don’t give up on your faith. Instead, lift your hands and praise God anyway.

I know, that might sound strange to you as to why would you praise God when you’re hurting? But here’s the message: praising God shifts your focus.

Instead of being stuck in fear or sadness, you remember that God is still good. He’s still in control. He’s still working things out, even if you don’t see it coming at that moment.

This song encourages you to go to God when you’re struggling. Don’t hold back your feelings. Cry out to Him. It says God is close to the brokenhearted and He understands your pain.

He’s the one who can bring peace, comfort and healing. And while you’re waiting for things to get better, keep praising His name. It’s a way of saying, “God, I trust You even now.”

It also talks about how God has never failed and He never will. That’s something to hold on to when things feel shaky.

You’re reminded that this pain won’t last forever, better days will come. But until they do, keep your eyes on God.

In my conclusion, this song is like a gentle encouragement. It’s saying, “Hey, I know it’s hard right now. But lift your head, talk to God and praise Him anyway. He’s listening. He’s with you. And He will get you through it.”

It’s a beautiful reminder that praise is powerful, especially when life feels heavy on you. Share your thought below…
