Crystal Castles – Empathy

“Empathy” is an emotional and heartfelt song by the renowned singers, “Crystal Castels” released in the year 2010.

Crystal Castles was a Canadian electronic music group formed in 2006 by iconic songwriter & producer Ethan Kath and singer & songwriter Alice Glass.

The title of this song reminds me when I was asked by our medical Chief at the hospital to differentiate between “Empathy and sympathy.” I was a bit stucked before sharing my view on the difference.

With that said, this song highlights the importance of empathy, that is, being able to understand and feel what someone else is experiencing. Such like being on their shoes.
